Premiera Care is committed to helping seniors find a way to afford quality assisted living services in our communities.  These are difficult times for many seniors, but that doesn't mean that there are not ways to fund a much needed stay in one of our quality assisted living communities in Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Sacramento, or Contra Costa Counties.  Just a few of those programs are described below.

VA Benefits:

Did you know that there are cash benefits available from the Veterans Administration to help fund your stay in any of our beautiful assisted living communities.  Please call a sales representative at any of our communities to find out more.  Just click on the "Locations Tab" above and you will be taken to a list of all our communities in the Central Valley with contact information available there.

Duet Suites:

As mentioned above, we at Premiera Care are committed to providing opportunities for seniors to receive affordable personal care services, and one of the best mechanisms to accomplish this is by considering our newly designed shared occupancy apartments.  These apartments are two-bedroom, two bath apartments allowing private sleeping and bathroom areas for each resident, but spacious living room areas are shared.  This makes the base rent structure in many of our communities as low as $1,995 and even lower with our spring specials that are now in effect.  These specials can be viewed on the specific community web sites by clicking the "Locations Tab" above.

Respite Care:

We know how very dedicated you are toward the goal of taking care of your spouse at home.  But, we also know that you need time to recharge and take care of yourself.  So we have started a program that allows you to take a break, by having your loved one spend a day, a week, or even a month with us on a short term stay.  Again, if this sounds like something that might be of interest to you or someone you know, please have them contact a sales representative at one of our beautiful communities.

Time Valued Service Costs:

At Premiera Care we believe that you should only be charged for the services you consume.  So, our service assessment tool does exactly that.  This allows you to save a considerable amount of money if you are relatively independent, but when you need more services, those services are available and you are only charged for them when you actually need them.  Our system is a point system based on minutes of care provided, so as your care needs increase, charges increase gradually, not by $300 to $400 changes in service fees like you will experience in other communities that use a level of care system.

Minimal Base Rent Increases:

Please ask our sales representatives to show you our history of rent and service fee increases.  This information is required to be given to you by state law, effective January 31, 2009.  Please compare our history to other assisted living communities that you may be considering.  We think you will be pleasantly surprised to see how responsible we have been over the past seven years by increasing rates only as necessary.  As you may have read in other locations of this web site, Joani and I live in Oakdale, CA and we repeatedly say that we believe that you make more responsible business decisions when you are providing services to people that you know, to people that you see at the grocery store, or church.  I believe that our rate increase history will add credibility to this point.
